Le Souffle

Last Friday night, almost a week ago now, I went with the tour group to a restaurant called Le Souffle.  It was on a tiny, hidden street behind the Place de Concord.  They put us in a private dining room....I guess they know that groups of Americans can get kind of rowdy sometimes.....and after wine, and chocolate sauce and Grande Marnier.......we did not disappoint.

We started off with delicate, delicious cheese souffles....

Then we had tender, melt-in-your mouth veal w/ veggies and noodles.  It was sooooo good.

And finally our dessert souffle.

 Some of us chose chocolate.....

And some....me....chose Grande Marnier.......
They poured on the Grand Marnier and then left two bottles of it on the table.  Some ate it...some drank it.
